THE FERTILE DRAGON
Above, conception and creation of the logotype, painting and the printed variation of Isabelle Delacre’s visual identity. The dragon is staged with cheerful hues, animated by a dynamic movement of its tail to underline the fertiled creative energy.
“In mythologies across the world, the dragon symbolises a ‘fantastical hybrid’. Hybrid, because it is a combination of a lizard, lion and bird; fantastical because this imaginary beast guards treasure.
My role is hybrid: it’s where corporate communications advice meets artistic expression. I am also storytelling, as I help create a visual universe for the company in a completely original way where sensation and emotion get involved harmoniously. «
Isabelle Delacre is also an illustrator and a painter. Her particularity is to express her ideas through drawing and to share the creative process with her clients. If you invite her in your universe, you will live a unique experience.
A graduate of one of the most prestigious Graphic Art Schools in Paris (Atelier Penninghen) and prize winner at the Janus Industrial Design awards for her scent-based game, Isabelle is multifaceted and has never stopped exploring her art throughout her career from Creative Director to Project Manager for large corporate communication groups (Young & Rubicam, Euro RSCG…). With 20 years of experience in brand design, Isabelle Delacre decided to “pick up her pencils and paintbrush again » and to start her own business which is celebrating 10 years of activity. Her aim is to use fine art expertise to support corporate communication.
